【教学目标】
1. (1) 学习交通工具：by bike, by subway, by bus, on foot, by plane, by car, by train, by ship, by boat
(2) 学习新词汇和短语：gate, the same to, come on, go to school, Ms., grandmother, group
2. 学习频率副词：often, usually, always
3. 复习现在时的用法。
4. 讨论如何来学校：How do you usually come to school? I usually come to school by subway.
【教学重难点】
1. 学习介词by表示“用，靠；通过，借助于（方式、手段）”的用法，如：by car, by plane, by ship等。
2. 其他表示交通方式的介词：in和on，如：in a car, on a bus等；但on foot表示“步行；走”，foot前不加限定词，foot不能用复数。

【教学过程】
Step 1 Review 第一部分：复习（时间：5分钟）
复习日常用语并呈现本课内容。
1. 师生互相问候，复习学过的问候语：T: Good morning, everyone! Ss: Good morning, madam/sir!
2. 自然引入“Thesame to you!”并练习。
Step 2 Presentation 第二部分：呈现（时间：10分钟）
学习1a，完成1b。
1. 使用模型、图片或简笔画展示交通工具bike，导入本课重点：交通方式。
2. 使用相同的方法教学其他交通工具，并板书相关词组：bike, bus, ship, car, boat, foot, plane, by bike, by car, on foot, by subway, by bus, by ship, by boat, by plane, by train。
3. 学生模仿例句造句：T: I come to school by bus. S1: I come to school by bike. S2: I go to school on foot. 完成1b，板书go to school。
