七、语法：含有 be 动词的一般过去时态
* 含义：表示过去某个时间存在的状态，be 动词的形式为过去式：was 或 were
* 结构：主语 + be 动词（was/were）+ 名词或形容词 + 表示过去的时间
* 例句：
陈述句：
1. I was 9 last year. 我去年九岁。
2. She/He was at home yesterday. 昨天她/他在家里。
3. Mr. Chen was young ten years ago. 10 年前陈老师很年轻。
否定句：
1. I wasn’t 9 last year. 我去年不是九岁。
2. She/He wasn’t at home yesterday. 昨天她/他不在家里。
3. They weren’t naughty then. 那时候他们不调皮。
一般疑问句及回答：
- Was she/he at home yesterday? 昨天她/他在家里吗？
- Yes, she/he was. 是的，她/他在。
- No, she/he wasn’t. 不，她/他不在。
- Were they happy yesterday? 昨天他们高兴吗？
- Yes, they were. 是的，他们很高兴。
- No, they weren’t. 不，他们不高兴。

功能：谈论及描述自己或他人的心情感受、描述人物心情、感受的形容词：
happy, excited
