（一）位置
Next to the bookshop is a cinema, and there is a bank next to the cinema. 书店旁边是一个电影院，电影院旁边有一个银行。
Across from the cinema there is a library. 电影院对面有一个图书馆。
The CN Tower is near the stadium. CN塔在体育场的旁边。
It is near the park, next to the subway station. 它离公园很近，在地铁站的旁边。

2. 结构：
①There is + a/an + 可数名词单数 + 其他
②There is + 不可数名词 + 其他
③There are + （大于1的基数词）+ 可数名词复数 + 其他
④There are + 限定词 + 可数名词复数 + 其他，限定词：形容词，大于1的基数词等
