Text1MyNewSchoolHi! My name is John. I am a new student at GreenfieldPrimarySchool. I just moved here withmy family. As a sixthgrader, I feel excited and a bit nervous about starting at anewschool
Onmyfirstday,Imetmyclassteacher,MissRose.Sheis friendly and welcoming. She introduced me to my classmates,who were also very nice. There are 35 students in my class,andwehaveaspaciousclassroomwithcolorfuldisplaysonthewalls.
The school has great facilities, including a library, acomputer room, and a science lab. I am particularlyinterested in the science lab because I love doingexperiments. The school also has a big playground where wecan play football, basketball, and other sports during breaks.As for the lessons, we have a wide range of subjects,such as English, Chinese, math, science, sports, music, and art. I enjoy learning English the most because it is a global language. I find it fascinating to learn about differentcultures and communicate with people from around the world.AtGreenfieldPrimarySchool,wealsohavevariousextracurricular activities. I have joined the chess club andthe school choir. These activities help me make friends andacquire new skills outside of the classroom.Overall, my new school life at Greenfield Primary Schoolhas been wonderful. I am grateful for the warm welcome Ireceived from both teachers and classmates. I am lookingforward to the exciting learning journey ahead and makinglastingmemoriesatmynewschool.
