读后感最常见的毛病是把故事从头讲到尾，最后加一句我深受启发。正确的比例是：简述占四分之一，联系自己占一半，道理占剩下的。以爬山主题的读后感为例，四百字左右的文章，简述一百字以内就够。

第一步，简述只抓一个片段。不要写文章先写了什么再写了什么，只写主人公想放弃的那一刻：他爬到半山腰，腿一软坐在石头上，心里说一百次不爬了，把水壶扔在脚边。简述的作用是把后面要议论的那个点立起来，所以选片段的标准是它有没有让你想到自己，有就选它。

第二步，联系自己要用一次真实经历接住它。句式不是我也爬过山，而是直接进场景：去年爬香山，走到半山那个凉亭我就赖下了，跟妈妈说不走了，背包一扔坐在长椅上。然后写后来怎么走完的：妈妈没拉我，自己往上走，走了十几步回头说歇好了就跟上，我坐着无聊，反而自己站了起来。联系自己的重点是把怎么过来的写清楚，放弃的借口、站起来的理由，这两样写出来，读后感才有自己的东西。

第三步，道理写成一两句具体的话，不抄名言。空话是：坚持就是胜利，做什么事都不能放弃。具体的话是：原来放弃的念头不会自己走掉，得靠多走十步把它甩开；妈妈那句歇好了就跟上，比一百句加油都管用。道理从第二步的经历里长出来，和前文简述的片段呼应，三段就连成一条线。

自查两件事：第一，数简述的字数，超过全文四分之一就砍，只保留想放弃那一段；第二，看道理句里有没有坚持就是胜利这类现成句子，有就换成从自己经历里总结的话。三步连起来，简述立点、经历接住、道理收口，读后感就不会写成故事复述。

The summary exists to set up the point you will discuss, so the selection test is whether that scene reminds you of yourself, if yes pick it.

Step two, catch it with one real experience. The pattern is not I also climbed a mountain, but straight into the scene: last year climbing Xiangshan, I flopped at the mid-slope pavilion, told my mom I was done, dumped my pack and sat on the bench. Then write how I finished: she did not pull me, walked up herself, after a dozen steps looked back and said if you are rested just catch up, and sitting there bored, I actually stood up on my own. The key is writing how you got through it, the excuse for quitting and the reason for standing, these two make the response yours.

Step three, state the lesson in one or two concrete sentences, no borrowed quotes. Empty: persistence is victory, never give up. Concrete: the urge to quit never walks away by itself, you outwalk it by ten more steps; mom saying if you are rested just catch up worked better than a hundred cheer ons. The lesson grows from the step two experience and echoes the step one scene, tying three paragraphs into one line.

Two self-checks: count the summary, if it exceeds a quarter of the essay cut it down to the quitting scene only; scan the lesson for ready-made lines like persistence is victory and replace them with words earned from your own story. Summary sets the point, experience catches it, lesson closes it, and the response stops being a retelling.

第三段写道理：原来书里的小男孩和我一样，不是腿不行，是看不到头才想坐。歇可以，把水壶推一边才是真放弃。点评：两句道理都从第二段的动作里来，水壶推一边这个动作在书里和自己经历里各出现一次，道理扣在同一个物品上，这就是呼应，比结尾喊一遍坚持就是胜利结实。

全文四百字出头，复述只有第一段的三行。可学的三条：简述只选一个片段并加一句我的反应；经历段写诚实，写出真实的借口和真实的动机；道理扣在前后重复出现的物品上。可改进处：第二段开头去年爬鬼见愁前，可加半句书里小男孩推水壶的动作让我想起自己的背包，衔接更紧，现在两段之间稍微跳。

Comment: two lines of summary, exactly the quitting moment, and the pause line connects book and self far more naturally than I was deeply inspired.

The second paragraph catches it with my own story: last year at Guijianchou, halfway I sat on the steps, shoved my pack aside and said my leg hurt, I could not go. Truth was the leg did not hurt, the unseen stretch ahead did. My dad did not argue, he set down my bottle too and said leave when you are rested. I sat five minutes watching strangers pass one step at a time, then stood up on my own. Comment: the virtue is honesty, admitting the leg did not hurt, admitting I watched people pass, so standing has a real source, goaded by being passed, not persuaded. The biggest taboo in a response is rewriting yourself as a kid who gets enlightened on cue.

The third paragraph states the lesson: so the boy and I are the same, legs were fine, not seeing the end made us sit. Resting is fine, pushing the bottle aside is the real quitting. Comment: both lines grow from the second paragraph actions, the pushed bottle appears once in the book and once in my story, the lesson fastens on one object, that is echo, sturdier than shouting persistence is victory at the end.

The piece runs just over four hundred words, retelling only three lines in paragraph one. Three takeaways: summarize one scene plus one reaction; keep the experience honest with real excuses and motives; fasten the lesson on an object that appears twice. One fix: before last year at Guijianchou, add half a line that the boy pushing the bottle reminded me of my own pack, the seam between paragraphs would tighten, currently it jumps slightly.
